Davaar develops individual tailor-made training for health professionals who are required to do so by their organization or regulation board. Tailor made supervision and mentoring is also available.
Some of the individual tailor-made training we have developed to date:
- Professional Ethics for Nurses or Pharmacists
- Medication Administration
- Professional Boundaries
- Effective Communication
Process:
- Minimum of three hours face-to-face work with a trainer from Davaar Consultancy. (Where distance is a factor telephone contact or Skype are possible )
- Face to face discussions include role play as part of the assessment / development process
- Completion of at least one workbook and at times a reflective essay
- In discussions with trainer and in responses to questions posed in workbook/s, the individual will demonstrate that they have understood and integrated relevant Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics etc specific to the program topic.

Minimum points for attendance: 15 CPD/CNE points
