In response to requests by participants of our original Professional Boundaries workshops, we now offer a follow up workshop in the series. This is for those who have seen personal and professional benefits from the initial two day workshop and who wish to further develop their understanding of this challenging issue.
It is important for staff working in people related roles to appreciate and understand the complexities of safe professional boundaries. These workshops explore a number of themes which help to deepen knowledge and skills in working safely with professional boundaries. Using a professional boundary framework the facilitator explores boundary violations in the continuum of over- and under- involvement.

After a more detailed examination of the initial concepts and complexities covered in the first workshop, we will explore the intricacies of transference and counter transference in greater depth.
