The themes discussed in group supervision are universal, no matter your work experience, including issues related to relationships with clients, colleagues and the culture in which you work. No matter the industry or organisation, grappling with the difficulties of differing management styles, and understanding the dynamics that hinder or assist the work, are valid topics. Group supervision is a wonderful venue to explore the possibilities, and to discuss ways to better handle workplace politics and styles.
